Oh just lovely Alex...it's a real kind of fresh and comforting air I am breathing when reading your words...
Just being me is a real gift to myself and others..
The key is to be able to keep your head and heart genuine and authentic about yourself and recognising the beauty of the self...all wrapped up with love, patience, compassion, care and attention!!!
Thank you Alex for that great refresher...

"...care less about how others may view or judge you..."

For me, caring less about the attitudes of others means staying silent and leaving any particualr energy sucking person behind. I've run into some top grade judgers in my life and I'm done with them. And when I imagine the kind of people I'd like to be surrounded by, there doesn't appear to a great deal of conversation going on, because once you filter out opinions and judgements, you only have the task at hand. Without that constant pointless chatter, life would change dramatically.

Anyway, great blog, stumbled onto it this morning and it's been enjoyable encouraging reading. Best wishes for the future.
