My dear friend, this is an amazing article. The healing rain will always come, regardless of the need for healing. Health, relationships, belief, shame.... you name it. The healing rain will eventually come if we just allow it. At a time when I have been watching for the healing rain myself, I thank you... you rained a bit of healing to my broken heart.

Beautifully written :)
a qoute which says: "the only difference between a good & a bad day is your attitude"

this post also reminds me of my Teacher who says: "God is raining smiles" =)

....what a poignant observation.....I'm in a "storm of life".....a long one......I'm adopting the quote as my mantra.....this article was of GREAT inspiration to me.....I share your hometown...I have fond memories of childhood.....which I sometimes revert to to escape the "storm".....I read a lot of "stuff".....this was a gem.......thank you.......grace.....learning to love ourselves......the difference between healthy guilt and unhealthy shame?.......brilliant....I have battled the demons of substance abuse which have plagued my otherwise potentially brilliant life......10 years good....5 years bad...and so forth......ruined a good marraige.....a career put on hold......God is not through with me yet....although many times I don't think I can take it anymore.......it all boils down to the fact that I never liked my existence...mu reality....when I learn to "dance in the rain" instead of "trying to avoid the storm".....I will accept and embrace my reality...instead of trying to escape it......a brilliant metaphor......

If you ever need rain again, let me know and I'll be sending you some love & some snow - which will turn into rain with the addition of love. ;)
