I wish I’d never learned that love can be pain.

I wish I’d never learned that your parents don’t want you.

I wish I’d never learned the pain of seeing people you love suffer.

I wish I had never learned that teenagers could become their parents parent.

Other then that I like to twist things up to say the things that I am glad I have learned so that all the things that you have wished you have never learned are no longer issues in my life. It is more positive and forward.

I am glad I learned:
-That being healthy will improve your life in the present and future.
- That I am ok with being confident
- That I have goals and plans in my life
- That I don’t have to deal with everyone in the world if I don’t want to
- That having wealth is not everything, but is a good touch
- That I have potential to be and do great things
- That my parents don’t know anything
- Family is a key to being happy
- That knowledge is an amazing thing
- Nothing happens fast

I wish I had never learned that soup from the local Chinese food take-out did not have secret spices to help cure the common cold.

I wish I had never learned that it is more healthy to trust your partner than to always be skeptical.

I wish I had never learned how to manipulate men.

1. I wish I had never learned that I can’t be perfect.
2. I wish I had never learned that I can love.
3. I wish I had never learned while logic works pretty well in math, it doesn’t work so well in life.
4. I wish I had never learned that my best is still not enough for most people.
5. I wish I had never learned that love can pull you even out of the deepest pits of despair in life.
6. I wish I had never learned that my needs will always be superseded by the wants of others.
7. I wish I had never learned what my IQ was.
8. I wish I had never learned that no one is special, not even myself.
9. I wish I had never learned that I fear what I want the most.
10. I wish I had never learned that the only two words that carry any meaning anymore are “sex” and “love.”

I wish I had never learnt that the pain goes away when your asleep.
I wish I had never learnt that love isn’t enough.
I wish I had never learnt that if I give myself an inch, I will take a mile.
I wish I had never learnt that buying pretty things is a pretty band aid.
I wish I had never learnt that I am ok with letting myself down.
I wish I had never learnt to allow fear to take over.
I wish I had never learnt that escapism is easier than facing reality.
I wish I had never learnt that sitting in front of my computer/TV or reading a book is easier than studying, cycling, walking, or cleaning.
I wish I had never learnt that personal/spiritual development could be a full time job.

I can let go as much as I want, I have let go of many things in the past, but I am stumped now. How do I let go?
